The project

The study is part of the ERI-ITA on the Gateway to Alps project, funded by the European Investment Bank (EIB), which identifies several roads that would improve the traffic flow between Shkodër and Velipoje as well as between the more recent connections between Velipoje-Baks Rrjoll- Shëngjin and Velipoje-Ulqin in Montenegro. The study aims at defining, analysing and selecting the most suitable infrastructural options.
